 This is a viable alternative to meeting face to face for counseling. It can be used as an adjunct to our face to face meetings or the exclusive method for your therapy. eTherapy is conducted much the same way as traditional therapy. The same strict guielines for confidentiality and privacy are met. You must have a camera for your computer to participate in eTherapy. The proper paperwork needs to be completed and sent in via fax or email.
