Substance Assessments for Court
I provide this service for individuals who have been mandated by the local court to complete a substance abuse evaluation (SAE). These evaluations are individualized to the requirments of the offender. The cost of the SAE range from $150.00 to $250.00. The SAE consists of the following:
- SA History
- Urine analysis
- SASSI Assessment
- Michigan Alcohol Screeing Test (MAST)
- Drug Assessment Screening Test (DAST)
