Suboxone Treatment

In conjuction with Dr. Miller at Paradise Family Clinic, I work to assist the client in treating their opiate/narcotic addiction. Through an induction process, we treat the total client. Contact Dr. Rodriguez for more information on this treatment alternative.

This is a special treatment option to treat opiate dependence. All patient who are inquiring about this program need to be referred to Dr. Rodriguez so that their questions can be answered. Dr. Rodriguez will call and let the clinic know when a new patient needs to be scheduled or he will inform the patient to contact the office.  

Patients transfering from another suboxone program, the cost is $150.00 to see Dr. Miller and $100.00 to see Dr. Rodriguez.

Suboxone Requirements:

• The induction process is time consuming for the client. You will spend 3 hours at the clinic. This time is split between Dr. Miller and Dr. Rodriguez.

• You MUST pay $100.00 to reserve your appointment before you can schedule your appointment. This reservation charge is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• You are required to be in withdrawal for 24 hours. You may contact the Dr. Miller if you are concerned about withdrawal symptoms.  

• The cost of the induction is $450.00, which includes the $100.00 deposit. At the induction, the patient will be responsible for $350.00 or the remainder of the balances. 

• The patient will need someone to drive them to the appointment and drive the patient home. 

• The patient is expected to pay for their suboxone at the time of the induction. The suboxone will be picked up by the patient or their driver and brought back to the clinic. At this time the patient will begin the induction process by taking their first dosage. 

• The cost of the medicine is approximately $400.00 dollars a month.

• The patient MUST be in therapy with Dr. Rodriguez while receiving suboxone treatment with Dr. Miller.

• A follow-up visit with Dr. Miller will be scheduled a few days after the first visit, then the third visit a week later and a fourth visit in another 2 weeks.

• During this period, the patient will see Dr. Rodriguez every week. The cost of therapy is $75.00 per 45 minute session. CHARGES WILL BE ASSESSED IF CANCELLATION OCCURS WITH 24-HOURS OR A NO SHOW.

• Subsequent visits with Dr. Miller for medication reviews are $100.00.The patient will drop a urine each time they are scheduled to see Dr. Miller or randomly by Dr. Rodriguez at a cost to the patient.  Excessive dirty urines will result in expulsion from the program. The patient is responsible for finding a continuation of treatment.
