Substance Abuse Evaluation
Charge varies depending upon the extent of the evaluation to meet the requirements of the specific court. Typical charge is between $150.00 and $250.00.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I participate with a few insurance companies and I do accept out of network clients.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Estar Counseling Services, Inc. also accepts PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
